Dr. Delfico is an orthopedic surgeon with more than 14 years experience helping patients live more active pain free lives. Dr. Delfico did his fellowship training in Sports Medicine at the Duke University Medical Center in North Carolina and his orthopedic residency training at the Robert Wood Johnson (Rutgers) Medical School in New Brunswick, NJ. He specializes in arthroscopic and minimally invasive surgery of the knee and shoulder including; ACL reconstruction, partial knee replacement, computer navigated total knee replacement and arthroscopic shoulder surgery.
Dr. Delfico is the Medical Director for the Valley Hospital Sports Medicine Institute in Ridgewood, NJ. He serves as Team Physician for Ramapo High School and as an orthopedic consultant to Ramapo College and William Patterson University. During his training, Dr. Delfico served as a team physician for the U.S. Soccer Program, Duke University, Rutgers University and Princeton University. In his spare time, Dr. Delfico volunteers as coach for many of the youth sports programs in the area.
